This project is the centre-piece of a master-plan for a major site on one of Dublin’s strategic rail links.  It is intended to act as a landmark within the urban sprawl and provide a sense of place and identity within an area that is being redeveloped in a short period of time.

The upper floors are all given the same expression, a loose fit glass rain screen. This external skin allows the inner structure to be simple and cost effective, and through manipulation of the individual panels reflects light down into the surrounding streets. The shifting reflections give the building a shimmering quality which belies it’s scale and integrates it into a tight urban grain.
