aids fund housing
The AIDS Fund Housing project comprises of nine, single occupant dwellings which provide housing for those living with HIV/AIDS. This mixed use development, on the corner of Granby Lane and Dominick Place in Inner City Dublin, facilitates independent city living.
Each dwelling is provided a bay window, which protrudes to encourage interconnected views and a visual relationship between residents and with the surrounding streets. These bay windows take the place of balconies in a dense urban environment, and are augmented by a generous roof garden with views of the surrounding cityscape which cultivates a community of single occupants.
