The existing project for three houses has been adapted to make two houses by dividing the centre house laterally with a new party wall. House 1 takes the rear half of house 2 and house 3 take the front half. 

 

The new spaces in House 1 maintain the grain of the existing plan and proposes the added spaces with a different character to that of the original house, oak paneling and carpet to the the first floor living space, carpet and mircocement to the ground floor shower room
